MyAngkasa BINA has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Xanderia Services Sdn. Bhd. on 28^th June, 2024. The ceremony took place at Kompleks Angkasa, in conjunction with the launch of the MyAngkasa BINA website, which featured five products:

• MyVilla
• MyResidence
• MyGreenstyle
• MyMedina
• MyRaudhah

While MyGreenstyle comprises of products that conserve the environment, such as furniture, CCTV, and solar panels, MyRaudhah is a Cordoba City-inspired city based in Kedah. MyVilla on the other hand is a collection of one-story bungalows based on the concept of environmental conservation.

MyAngkasa BINA (MBSM), a subsidiary of Angkatan Koperasi Kebangsaan (M) Bhd., was incorporated in 2013 as a property development, construction, and retail firm. Known for its commitment to quality assurance, environmental conservation, and adherence to Shari’ah compliance, MBSM continues to set industry standards. In this significant development, the recent Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) marked another collaborative milestone, where Xanderia will be providing Shari’ah-compliant financing for purchasers of MyAngkasa BINA properties. This partnership underscores MBSM’s dedication to delivering ethically and environmentally responsible solutions to its clientele.

The MoU was signed by YBhg. Dato’ Haji Che Mohd Shukree Bin Che Isa, the Chairman of MyAngkasa BINA, Razi Pahlavi Abdul Aziz, the Chief Executive Officer of Xanderia Berhad, and Syed Mohd Nurul Alimin, the Chief Operating Officer of Xanderia Berhad.
