      • XS\u2019s subsidiaries and its parent company, Xanderia Berhad (\u201cXB\u201d), within or outside Malaysia, XS\u2019s sub-contractors or third-party service or code providers or product providers as may be determined by XS to be necessary or appropriate such as CTOS, Angkatan Koperasi Kebangsaan Malaysia Bhd (Angkasa). or any legal and available databases; financial institutions for purposes of facilitating payments and\/or maintaining financial records in connection with the business or contractual relationship between XS and you and\/or your company;<\/li>\n
      • agents, contractors, auditors, consultants, accountants, insurers, lawyers or other financial or professional advisers of XS;<\/li>\n

      • any person to whom XS is compelled or required to do so under the law; and\/or<\/li>\n

      • Generally, the personal data processed by XS is collected from you or provided by a third party to XS for the aforesaid purposes.<\/li>\n
