As part of their shared commitment to advancing digital transformation and enhancing organizational efficiency, the Union of Administrative and Civil Service Employees of the Royal Malaysia Police Peninsular Malaysia (PACSU) and Xanderia Berhad collaborated to organize a two-day Membership Records Digitalization Seminar at Vivatel Hotel Kuala Lumpur on 3 and 4 June 2026.

The two-day seminar brought together members of PACSU’s Branch Committees from across the country, providing them with practical exposure and hands-on training in the use of URUS360, Xanderia’s digital membership management platform designed to streamline administrative processes, centralize member data, and enhance operational efficiency.

Throughout the program, participants were introduced to modern digital record management practices, including membership registration, data management, reporting, and the effective use of URUS360’s features to support a more organized and systematic approach to membership administration.

The seminar also included interactive training sessions and live demonstrations, allowing participants to engage directly with Xanderia’s technical team, seek guidance, and explore best practices in digital record management.

According to Mr. Anuar Mamat, President of PACSU, digitalization is an important step towards ensuring that membership management and organizational operations are carried out more efficiently, systematically, and in line with current demands.

The seminar also served as a platform to strengthen the strategic collaboration between Xanderia and PACSU in advancing digital membership management, in line with the shared objective of delivering faster, more accurate, and user-friendly services to members nationwide.

Carrying the theme “Empowering Digitalization, Strengthening Membership,” the program reflects Xanderia’s ongoing commitment to providing innovative technology solutions that help organizations transition towards a more sustainable, efficient, and future-ready digital ecosystem.
